Terms of service

Scope of work

Every engagement starts with a written proposal that lists deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Payments

Monthly services are billed in advance. Website projects require a 50% advance and the balance before launch. Prices exclude GST.

Ad spend

Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the ad platform. Skill Making is not responsible for platform charges, policy decisions or account restrictions made by Meta, Google or other platforms.

Results

We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting honestly. Because search engines and ad platforms control rankings and delivery, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead numbers or sales.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the website, content and creatives produced for them. Domains, hosting and ad accounts are registered to the client.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with 15 days written notice.
