A school website that has already worked in Nanakmatta
When a principal asks us, "Have you made a school website before?", in Nanakmatta we can give a very local answer. We built the website for Nosegay Public School, Nanakmatta. It is a CBSE-affiliated school, and its website says so clearly: "Affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi".
That matters for you because a school website is not the same as a shop website. It must speak to parents, to students, to CBSE and sometimes to teachers looking for jobs, all at once. Having done this in the same town, we already understand how families here look for a school and what kind of information they expect to see.
Below is a sample of the kind of school website we build, shown on a phone and a laptop:
Nanakmatta: a town families travel to
Nanakmatta is known far and wide for Gurudwara Nanakmatta Sahib. Families travel here from across Udham Singh Nagar and beyond, and the town is closely connected with Sitarganj and Khatima. Many parents in this belt work, shop and study across all three towns.
That means your school is often compared with schools in nearby towns. A parent living between Nanakmatta and Sitarganj may look at two or three schools before deciding. The school with the clearest website, with fees, results, photos and an easy way to ask questions, often gets the first visit.
Some parents prefer Hindi, others prefer English, and most of them use WhatsApp every day. A good school website in Nanakmatta should feel comfortable for all of them. We can build your site in Hindi, English or both, with WhatsApp built into every page.
The CBSE side: what your website must show
If your school is CBSE-affiliated, the website is not optional. CBSE's Affiliation Bye-Laws (2018) ask affiliated schools to keep a website and publish a Mandatory Public Disclosure. CBSE has issued circulars with an updated format and has warned that schools not uploading the information can face action. Because formats are updated from time to time, please always check the latest CBSE circular on cbse.gov.in or SARAS.
Here is a short summary of the five parts:
- General information – name, affiliation number, school code, full address with PIN, principal's name and qualification, email and phone.
- Documents – self-attested copies of affiliation and extension letters, society or trust registration, State Government NOC, RTE recognition, building safety and fire safety certificates, DEO certificate or self-certification, and water, health and sanitation certificates.
- Results and academics – fee structure, academic calendar, SMC list, PTA members and the last three years of board results, as applicable.
- Teaching staff – principal, number of PGT, TGT and PRT teachers, teacher–section ratio, special educator, and counsellor and wellness teacher.
- Infrastructure – campus area in square metres, classrooms, labs and computer labs, internet, girls' and boys' toilets, and a YouTube link to the inspection video.
We have explained every one of these in detail, with common mistakes, in our CBSE school website design guide. This page only gives you the short version.
Use this interactive checker to see what your website covers today:
Based on CBSE’s Mandatory Public Disclosure format (Affiliation Bye-Laws 2018, Appendix IX). CBSE updates its circulars — always check the latest format on cbse.gov.in. We build the pages and upload your documents; the school provides and is responsible for them.
To be clear about our role: we design the disclosure section and upload your documents in the CBSE format. The school is responsible for the documents and their accuracy. We do not give legal or affiliation advice and we cannot guarantee affiliation or approval.
What we learned building the Nosegay Public School website
Every school project teaches something. Working on a CBSE school website right here in Nanakmatta showed us a few things that we now bring to every school in this area:
- Affiliation should be visible. Parents want to know the board at a glance. Showing "Affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi" clearly near the top builds trust before a parent reads anything else.
- The disclosure link must be easy to find. It should sit in the main menu or footer, reachable from the home page.
- Photos do a lot of the talking. Parents want to see classrooms, events and the campus. A good gallery answers many questions without a phone call.
- Contact must be one tap away. Many parents decide on the phone, often late in the evening. A WhatsApp button lets them ask without waiting for office hours.
- Simple language wins. Clear headings and short paragraphs work better than long school-prospectus text.
We do not share private details of any client project, and we do not make claims about their admissions. What we can say is that we built it, and that it gives us real, local experience.
How a parent in Nanakmatta goes from search to admission
Let us follow one parent. She has a child moving to class 6 and wants a CBSE school close to home.
- She asks in her family WhatsApp group and gets two school names.
- She searches both on Google from her phone.
- One school has a clean website with fees, results, the disclosure page and photos of the annual function. The other has only a map pin.
- She taps WhatsApp on the first school's website and asks about the admission test date.
- The office replies the same day, and the family visits on Saturday.
Here is that journey as a simple animation:
- Parent searches on Google“best CBSE school in Nanakmatta”
- Opens your school websiteCourses, fees and facilities
- Sees results & campus photosFeels confident about you
- Sends an admission enquiryInstant reply on WhatsApp
- Visits the campusAnd takes admission
The website did not replace the school's reputation. It made the reputation easy to check. That is the real job of CBSE school website design in Nanakmatta.
Life without a website vs life with one
Without a website, a school's information is scattered: a few photos on Facebook, a phone number on a banner near the market, a fee list only available at the office. Parents from Sitarganj or Khatima who have not visited Nanakmatta recently may not even find the right address.
With a website, everything sits in one trusted place. Admission season becomes calmer for the office because parents already know the basics before they call.
Compare the two side by side:
Without a website
is not here
- ✕Customers can’t find you on Google
- ✕Only a social page — or nothing
- ✕Missed calls, no follow-up
- ✕Competitors look more trusted
With a Skill Making website
- ✓Mandatory Public Disclosure in the CBSE format
- ✓Parents find you when they search
- ✓Results, fees and facilities answered online
- ✓Admission enquiries straight to WhatsApp
What national school groups and coaching brands show online
Parents in Nanakmatta also see the websites of big names. Groups like Ryan International Schools show online admission enquiry forms and list their schools city by city. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan publishes school lists by region and admission notices. Coaching brands like Aakash show results pages and centre lists by city.
A single school in Nanakmatta does not need a national network to give parents the same comfort. It needs an enquiry form that reaches WhatsApp, an honest results page, a clear gallery and a correct Google Maps location. That is exactly what we build, at a small-school budget.

- Content. We write all the text. You only check facts like fees and staff numbers.
- Design. You review the design on your own phone.
- Upload. We upload documents in the CBSE format and check every link.
- Go live and train. We launch the site and show your office how to post notices and results.
Most school websites go live in about 14 days, depending on how quickly documents are ready.
Keeping enquiries coming after launch
Once your site is live, these services help more parents find you, especially before a new session:
- SEO so your school appears in local Google searches.
- Google Ads during admission season.
- Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at parents in Nanakmatta, Sitarganj and Khatima.
- Social media posts and reels of school events.
- Email marketing for parent newsletters.
Here is an illustration of how monthly enquiries can grow when the website, Google profile and SEO work together:
Illustration only, not a promise. Real results depend on your town, competition, offer and how quickly you reply to enquiries.
This is an example only. Every school's results are different.
Common mistakes we see on school websites
- A disclosure page with missing parts, for example no SMC list or no inspection video link.
- Expired certificates left online after renewal.
- Wrong or missing map location, which confuses visiting parents.
- No admission enquiry form, so interested parents give up.
- Results last updated years ago.
- Domain registered in someone else's name, which causes trouble later.
- Huge images that make the site slow on mobile data.
Nearby towns we also serve
Because Nanakmatta, Sitarganj and Khatima are so closely linked, we visit schools in all three. See our pages on CBSE school website design in Sitarganj, Khatima and Rudrapur.
Not CBSE-affiliated? Schools on the UK Board, UP Board or ICSE get the same benefit from a transparent website with documents, fees and results in one place. For coaching centres and institutes, see website design for schools and institutes.
